FIXED RATE MORTGAGES Unlike other banks, our fixed rate mortgages are originated, approved and serviced locally at our main office on Clinton St. in Watertown. Our rates are always competitive and you can choose the term that works best for you. We offer 10, 15, 20 and 30 year fixed rate mortgages. ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES Our Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM) feature a fixed interest rate for an initial period of either one (1) year or five (5) years before adjusting to a variable interest rate. Once adjusted, the variable interest rate may fluctuate, over the remaining life of the loan, depending on market conditions. You'll have the option of choosing No Closing Costs and may finance your loan for up to thirty (30) years.
