We continue to serve you during the COVID-19 pandemic and will continue to operate safely and effectively within the guidelines of our Federal Regulators, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and our local health officials.
On March 18th, we began operating with Drive-Thru lanes only under our regular business hours and have successfully maintained the high level of service that our customers have become accustomed to. Based on these successes and extensive safety precautions, we have now resumed lobby service. However, the number of customers allowed in a branch lobby at any time is limited based on the branch’s capacity. If the lobby is at capacity when you visit the bank, you may be asked to wait outside until it is safe to enter.
While we are happy to meet with you by appointment, you are required to comply with the the following:
A mask is required while you are in our lobby.
Please remove your sunglasses, hat, hood or any items covering your head or eyes while inside the bank.
Please conduct your business quickly to limit contact with others.
Please follow the social distancing rules in effect at our offices.
We encourage you to continue using our drive-thru locations or mobile & online services whenever possible to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. WSB has made significant investments in our facilities allowing us to provide the largest Drive-Thru and ATM network capabilities in the County. We have 24 drive-thru banking lanes including 4 full-service commercial windows and a network of 13 ATM locations spread across our (9) Branches in Jefferson County. Additionally, you can take advantage of our night-drop boxes at our branch office locations.
