As of noon on Wednesday, March 18th, we will continue to operate under our regular business hours but will operate with our Drive-Thru lanes only.


WSB has made significant investments in our facilities allowing us to provide the largest Drive-Thru and ATM network capabilities in the County.  We have 24 drive-thru banking lanes including 4 full-service commercial windows and a network of 13 ATM locations spread across our (9) Branches in Jefferson County.  Additionally, you can take advantage of our night-drop boxes at our branch office locations.


If you require access to one of our branch lobby’s to meet with a Customer Service Representative, Branch Manager or Loan Officer, we will be meeting with customers on a by appointment only basis.  Please use our contact resource page to assist you in making an appointment either by email or by calling your local branch.

If you feel more comfortable accessing your accounts remotely, we strongly encourage you to utilize our Online, Mobile and Electronic Banking Services as well as our Call Center.  You can conveniently access all of your accounts to make payments, deposit checks, view your transaction histories, check your balances and more all from the comfort of your home or office.  


We also offer some of the most advanced online solutions for your mortgage needs.  Pre-Qualify and Apply for your mortgage online.  You can even upload your mortgage documentation without having to make time to come to the bank.  If you have any questions, our lending staff is just a phone call away.
